FA LUXURY TRANSPORT CORPORATION (“FA Luxury Transport,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website (localhost) or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information You Give Us

Our website has no user accounts, registration, or public comments. We collect the information you choose to send us.

Booking requests (Book page):

  • Full name, phone number, email address, and company (optional)
  • Preferred vehicle, pick-up date and time, pick-up address, drop-off location, any added stops, and drop-off time (optional)
  • Number of passengers and pieces of luggage
  • Additional notes (optional), such as a flight number or, when you request child seats, the number of children traveling and their ages and weights
  • Whether you agree to receive text messages about your reservation (optional), and your agreement to our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy

Contact form (Contact page): your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message.

Calls, emails, and WhatsApp: when you call, email, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you share with us, such as your name, phone number, and trip details.

Information about children is provided by a parent or guardian and is used only to fit the right child seats.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you browse our website, the services below receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at our site.

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager help us understand how visitors use our website, so we can improve it.
  • Google Ads: our Google tag is linked to our Google Ads account. This lets Google measure when a visit or a booking request follows a click on one of our ads, and it may be used to show our ads to people who have visited our website.
  • Ahrefs Web Analytics counts visits to our pages without using cookies.
  • Google reCAPTCHA protects our contact form from spam by checking how the page is used. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

3. Cookies

We do not use cookies for user accounts or comments. Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies to tell visits apart and to measure the results of our ads, and Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies on the Contact page to tell people apart from automated spam.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage how Google uses your information for ads in your Google Ad Settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Preparing quotes, and processing, scheduling, and managing your reservations.
  • Communicating with you about your booking, such as confirmations, chauffeur details, and itinerary changes, by email, phone, WhatsApp, or text message if you agreed to receive texts.
  • Tracking your flight for airport pickups, choosing the right vehicle, and fitting child seats.
  • Responding to questions and customer service requests.
  • Protecting our website from spam and misuse, and understanding how it is used so we can improve it and measure our advertising.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5. SMS and Text Messaging Policy

We send text messages about your reservation only if you agree to receive them, for example by ticking the text message box on our booking form.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. For assistance, you may reply HELP. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. How We Share Information

We share your information only as needed to provide our services and run our website:

  • Our team: our dispatch personnel and the chauffeur assigned to your trip.
  • Service providers: our website host, our email delivery provider, and our dispatch and routing software.
  • Map services on the booking form: addresses you type into the address fields are sent to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service to suggest matching locations, and the route map loads its map images from CARTO.
  • WhatsApp: messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
  • Analytics, advertising, and security providers: Google and Ahrefs, as described in section 2.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our passengers, our team, or others.

7. Data Retention

Booking requests and contact form messages are delivered to us by email; our website does not keep them in a database. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the services you requested, help you with future reservations, and keep standard business records for administrative, tax, and legal purposes.

8. Data Security

Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, our forms include protections against automated submissions, and access to our website’s administration is restricted and monitored. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you share with us.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. When we receive your request, we will act on it, except for information we are required to keep for tax, legal, or security obligations. You can also opt out of text messages as described in section 5, and control cookies as described in section 3.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Details about a child, such as age and weight, are provided by a parent or guardian only to arrange the right child seat.
