Roadshows take many forms: an investor presentation tour, a sales team visiting clients in a single day, or a leadership group moving between offices, venues, and airports. What they share is a schedule with no slack, which is why the reservation is built around one vehicle and one chauffeur rather than a series of separate rides.

Our chauffeurs plan the route in advance around your meeting times and adjust in real time when the day moves, which on an investor roadshow or a client tour it always does. Between stops the vehicle is yours, so briefcases, coats, and materials stay in the car and the team stays focused on the next room instead of the next pickup.

Choose the vehicle to match the group. A Mercedes-Benz S580 or BMW 7 Series VIP sedan suits a principal traveling with a colleague, a Mercedes-Benz E-Class executive sedan suits a small team, a Cadillac Escalade or Chevrolet Suburban carries a larger team with luggage and materials, and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats eight to twelve.

Confidentiality matters on a roadshow, where a conversation in the car can be as sensitive as the meeting itself. Our chauffeurs are professionally vetted, background checked, and briefed on confidentiality before they drive your team, and every trip is tracked with real time GPS so the vehicle is always accounted for.

To plan the day, send the itinerary with each address and meeting time, the number of travelers, and how much luggage and material you are carrying.
