FA Luxury Transport provides chauffeured corporate travel across Manhattan, the outer boroughs, and the wider tri-state area, whether that is a single ride to a closing, a full day between meetings, or a standing account that runs every weekday morning.

A corporate reservation can take several shapes. A single transfer covers an airport run or an important arrival. An hourly or full day booking keeps a vehicle and chauffeur at your disposal between meetings. A standing account handles the recurring routes, with a dedicated chauffeur assigned to your itinerary so the person behind the wheel already knows the building, the entrance, and the pace you keep.

Every chauffeur is background checked, professionally trained, and briefed on discretion before they ever represent your company. Vehicles are meticulously maintained and impeccably appointed, so a conversation in the back seat stays private and a laptop stays usable. For teams, our Sprinter configurations offer a genuine mobile office with reclining leather seats and a built in monitor.

Choose the vehicle to match the seat. A Mercedes-Benz S580 or BMW 7 Series VIP sedan suits a senior executive or an arrival that matters, a Mercedes-Benz E-Class or Cadillac Lyriq executive sedan suits daily travel, and a Cadillac Escalade or Chevrolet Suburban suits colleagues traveling together with luggage. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats eight to twelve when the whole team moves as one.

Travel managers and executive assistants can book on behalf of a guest, and we send the trip details to the traveler directly. Airport arrivals include complimentary flight tracking, and every trip is tracked with real time GPS, so a late flight or a meeting that moves is handled by our team rather than by someone chasing a driver by phone.

To set up a reservation, send the pickup and destination, the date and time, the number of travelers, and the name of the person the chauffeur should look for. For an account, tell us how many travelers and how often you expect to ride, and our concierge team will outline how billing and bookings would work.

We do not publish fixed rates, because a corporate itinerary is rarely the same twice. Every reservation starts with a free quote, gratuity is included in the fare, and cancellations are fully refunded when made at least 4 hours before pickup for sedans and SUVs, and at least 48 hours before pickup for vans and Sprinters. Reservations are accepted up to twelve months ahead.
