Landing at JFK with a toddler and no car seat is a problem with no good solution at the curb. FA Luxury Transport fits the seats you need before the vehicle leaves the garage, so the car that meets you is already ready for your children.

Tell us the ages and weights of the children traveling and our concierge team will specify the right seats, rear facing infant, forward facing convertible, or booster, and have them installed and checked before pickup. An SUV or Sprinter gives you the extra room that strollers, pack and plays, and a week of family luggage actually require.

Families travel differently on arrival day and departure day. Children are tired, bags outnumber adults, and the schedule is tied to naps and flight times. We keep the trip simple: your chauffeur meets you where you ask, loads the luggage, and drives calmly, with the seats already fitted and checked.

For larger families, grandparents traveling together, or a longer trip, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats eight to twelve and gives the most space. Most families are comfortable in an SUV such as the Cadillac Escalade or Chevrolet Suburban, which offer three rows.

It is the same service in every other respect. Professionally vetted chauffeurs, real time GPS tracking, door to door pickup, and complimentary flight tracking on airport arrivals. Child seats are a request to make at the time of booking, in the Additional Notes field or directly with our concierge team.

When you book, tell us how many children are traveling and their ages and weights, your flight number if you are arriving by air, the number of adults, and how much luggage and equipment you have. That is what allows us to choose the right seats and the right vehicle before the day.

We do not publish fixed rates. Every reservation starts with a free quote, gratuity is included in the fare, and cancellations are fully refunded when made at least 4 hours before pickup for sedans and SUVs, and at least 48 hours before pickup for vans and Sprinters, with car seat requests open to change until then. Reservations are accepted up to twelve months ahead.
