Departures work the same way in reverse. Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed time, helps with your bags, and drives the route planned around your flight rather than the one a navigation app suggests at the last minute. Because our team is based in Astoria, Queens, the airports are part of our daily routes rather than an occasional trip, and that familiarity shows in how calmly a tight departure is handled.

For arrivals, you choose how you would like to be met. Meet and greet at baggage claim is available on request, and your chauffeur will take your luggage from the terminal to the vehicle. If you would rather move quickly, curbside pickup works just as well. International arrivals include a 90 minute grace period, which leaves time for immigration and customs without a hurried call to your driver, and domestic arrivals include a 45 minute grace period.

Choose the vehicle to match the trip. A Mercedes-Benz E-Class executive sedan suits a solo arrival, a Mercedes-Benz S580 or BMW 7 Series VIP sedan suits a first impression that matters, a Cadillac Escalade or Chevrolet Suburban suits a family with luggage, and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries a whole team together. Every trip is tracked with real time GPS, so the car is accounted for from the moment it leaves to the moment it arrives.

To arrange a transfer, send us your flight number, the airport, the pickup or drop off address, the number of passengers, and how much luggage you are bringing. If you are traveling with children, tell us their ages and weights so the right seats are fitted. That is everything our concierge team needs to confirm a quote.

Airport reservations are accepted up to twelve months ahead, so a holiday trip or a recurring itinerary can be settled well in advance. We do not publish fixed rates. Every reservation starts with a free quote, and gratuity is already included in your fare. If your plans change, cancellations are fully refunded when made at least 4 hours before pickup for sedans and SUVs, and at least 48 hours before pickup for vans and Sprinters.
