A wedding day, a gala, a milestone birthday, an opening night. These are the days where transport either disappears into the background or becomes the thing that went wrong. FA Luxury Transport plans event travel around the run sheet rather than around the traffic, and holds the vehicle and the chauffeur for as long as the day requires.

The vehicle plan starts with the guest count and the schedule. A Mercedes-Benz S580 or BMW 7 Series VIP sedan suits the couple or the guest of honor, and unmarked vehicles keep a private occasion private. Multi vehicle reservations are routine, with a Cadillac Escalade or Chevrolet Suburban for the wedding party and Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, which seat eight to twelve, running guest shuttles between the ceremony, the reception, and the hotel.

We coordinate directly with planners, venues, and hotels across the tri-state area, from Manhattan and Brooklyn to the Hamptons, Westchester, Bergen County, and Fairfield County, so pickup times and locations come from the same schedule everyone else is working from.

On the day, your chauffeur stays on standby for as long as the reservation runs. A ceremony that starts late or a reception that runs long moves the next pickup, and nothing else. Every vehicle is tracked with real time GPS, and our concierge team is reachable around the clock if the plan needs to change.

The most useful thing you can send us is the run sheet: the venues and their addresses, the timings, the number of guests, and who needs to be where. From that, our concierge team can tell you how many vehicles the day needs, which types suit each leg, and when each chauffeur should arrive.

Reservations are accepted up to twelve months ahead, and for wedding season we recommend confirming as soon as the date is set so the vehicles you want are held. We do not publish fixed rates. Every reservation starts with a free quote, gratuity is included in the fare, and cancellations are fully refunded when made at least 4 hours before pickup for sedans and SUVs, and at least 48 hours before pickup for vans and Sprinters.
